3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the custom code delivered for their project, except for pre-existing Atiyaf internal libraries which remain ours and are licensed for use within the delivered product.
4. Third-Party Services
We may integrate third-party services (cloud, analytics, payments). You are bound by their terms.
5. Service Disclaimer
Services are provided with reasonable professional care but without implied warranties beyond what is written in the SOW.
6. Limitation of Liability
Atiyaf is not liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond fees paid under the applicable SOW.
7. Changes & Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement under the notice terms in the SOW. These website terms may be updated from time to time.
Billing & Refund Policy
Billing
Engagements are billed monthly or per milestone, as defined in the SOW.
Payments are due within 15 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
Deposits and milestone payments for completed work are non-refundable.
For undelivered work, we issue a prorated refund for hours not consumed.
